SELF-DIRECTED APPLICATION DEMO

A Practical AI Workflow Built for My Secret Hacks

For the Marketing – AI & Digital Content role

I created this one-page demo to show how I would help turn marketing ideas, client inputs, and campaign notes into clearer plans, content directions, and reviewable drafts using AI support.

Built to show practical support, not just interest.
This demo shows how I would use AI to organise messy marketing inputs, improve content direction, support team handoffs, and keep work reviewable before it moves forward.

WHY I BUILT THIS

Turning the job description into a practical work sample.

The role is not only about creating content. It also involves AI use, project coordination, strategy plans, content concepts, production oversight, and day-to-day communication.

I built this demo to show how I would translate those responsibilities into a practical workflow: organising marketing inputs, developing clearer content directions, supporting review, and helping work move forward with AI as a controlled support tool.

ROLE UNDERSTANDING

AI should help the team organise, review, and move marketing work forward.

To support this role well, marketing work needs to stay organised across ideas, proposals, production handoffs, and client updates. AI can speed up the process, but the real value is turning that speed into clearer options, better review, and smoother execution.

AI-assisted marketing execution
Project coordination and timeline follow-through
Strategy plans and proposal support
Content concept development
Production coordination with creative/design teams
Client communication and day-to-day updates
Viral marketing and social media growth support

AI WORKFLOW DEMO

From messy marketing inputs to review-ready work.

A six-step AI support workflow for organising ideas, improving drafts, and keeping human judgment in control.

1. Input

Collect raw marketing material such as campaign briefs, landing page screenshots, social post drafts, client notes, content calendar ideas, video concepts, or proposal outlines.

2. Identify

Clarify what type of marketing asset it is and what job it needs to do, such as awareness, education, conversion, proposal support, client update, or short-form video planning.

3. Diagnose

Review the asset for clarity, audience fit, hook strength, message structure, brand tone, call to action, production feasibility, and client objective alignment.

4. Fix

Turn the diagnosis into usable edits, stronger hooks, clearer captions, better proposal structure, alternative content angles, or cleaner briefs.

5. Review

Check the output before use, including false claims, tone fit, message clarity, client objective alignment, and whether the team can actually use it.

6. Confirm

Move the asset forward only after human review and quality control. AI supports the workflow, but the human keeps final judgment.

PRACTICAL USE CASES

Where this workflow helps marketing execution.

These are the areas where AI support can help the team move faster while keeping structure, review, and human judgment.

01

Campaign Idea Development

Turn one rough idea into several campaign angles, then review for audience fit, brand fit, and feasibility.

02

Content Repurposing

Convert one approved idea into short-form scripts, captions, carousel outlines, email copy, landing page sections, or proposal paragraphs.

03

Production Handoff Support

Turn approved content ideas into clearer notes for design or production, including objective, format, key message, CTA, and review criteria.

04

Client Proposal Support

Structure messy inputs into clearer proposal sections while keeping strategy, claims, pricing, feasibility, and client fit under human review.

05

Singapore Customer Behaviour Localisation

Review whether wording feels natural for Singapore audiences, especially around tone, trust signals, and language that may feel too salesy.

WHAT THIS DEMO SHOWS

How I would add value in the role.

Support planning, coordination, and execution
Use AI to organise marketing work, not just generate content
Turn messy inputs into clearer outputs
Connect content, campaigns, and customer behaviour
Present ideas clearly as a digital asset
Keep human review and quality control in the process

PROJECT OWNERSHIP

Built by me, with AI used as support.

This was a self-directed individual project. I handled the concept, research structure, workflow design, writing direction, project framing, final review, and publishing.

AI tools were used to support brainstorming, drafting, rewriting, workflow structuring, and microsite implementation. Final direction, judgment, interpretation, and quality control were done by me.

No group project contributions were involved. No pre-made website or portfolio template was used for the application project.

NEXT STEP

I’d welcome the chance to walk through how I can support the team.

This demo is intentionally short. It shows how I would use AI to organise marketing inputs, support content and proposal work, improve review loops, and keep human quality control in place before execution.
